The Heart Behind Every Celebration
Party Details by Ketty didn't start as a business plan; it started with my daughter. She has been my biggest motivation from day one, and everything I do carries her inspiration. The very first celebration I ever designed was my baby shower, followed soon after by her first birthday party.
Those two celebrations changed everything for me. What began as decorating for the person I love most turned into a passion, and that passion became Party Details by Ketty. Today, every balloon garland, floral accent and tablescape I create carries that same love and attention I gave to my daughter's first moments.

We recommend booking 3–6 weeks in advance for standard events, and 2–3 months ahead for engagements and large-scale installations to guarantee availability.
A 50% deposit secures your date, with the remaining 50% due on the day of your event. Details are confirmed in your custom quote.
We proudly serve Miami, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Brickell, Coconut Grove, Kendall, Doral, Aventura and greater South Florida.
Yes, setup and teardown are included in every package. We do charge a separate delivery fee of $30–$50, depending on the distance to your event, since South Florida covers such a wide service area.
Absolutely. Share your budget range in the quote form and we'll design a package that maximizes impact within it.
We accept credit card, debit card and bank transfer. Please note a 3–3.4% processing fee applies to card payments. Bank transfers avoid this fee entirely.
